The Workforce Staffing Learning & Development team is seeking an innovative Sr. Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making. We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong project management and communication skills. We value creative problem-solvers who can "think big" while executing quickly in our fast-paced environment. Your experience in designing performance-based learning outcomes and adaptability will be key in driving continuous improvement of our learning experiences, ultimately helping us create solutions that empower associates in Amazon's global hiring operations.
