The Workforce Staffing Learning & Development team is seeking an innovative Sr. Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making. We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong project management and communication skills. We value creative problem-solvers who can "think big" while executing quickly in our fast-paced environment. Your experience in designing performance-based learning outcomes and adaptability will be key in driving continuous improvement of our learning experiences, ultimately helping us create solutions that empower associates in Amazon's global hiring operations. Key job responsibilities • Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content • Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, ILT facilitator and participant guides, reference materials, and other creative and learning assets using various authoring tools • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development • Publish, assign, and track training completion and assessment scores in Learn LMS • Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines • Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment metho
