In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making. We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong project management and communication skills. We value creative problem-solvers who can "think big" while executing quickly in our fast-paced environment. Your experience in designing performance-based learning outcomes and adaptability will be key in driving continuous improvement of our learning experiences, ultimately helping us create solutions that empower associates in Amazon's global hiring operations.
