7+ years of management skills and ability, Proficiency in Lean methodologies and operating system deployment, Ability to organize, prioritize and direct work activities, Experience with ERP systems and process mapping software, General business knowledge required, including specific knowledge of businesses supported, Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required, Reasoning, problem solving and analytical skills to resolve issues, Project management and change management skills and abilities, Communication skills, both verbal and written, Personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Fluency in the English language

Nice to Have

Master’s degree or equivalent preferred

As the **Senior Lean Operations Manager** , you will lead all aspects of work driving continuous improvement culture and embedding Lean principles across the IDEXX enterprise. Managing a team of Lean Leaders, you will be responsible for supporting the IDEXX Excellence System, driving process optimization and productivity improvements. The ideal candidate brings management experience, possesses robust problem-solving skills and has a proven track record of implementing Lean principles within an operating system to achieve measurable results.
