10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development, foundational knowledge of software engineering, Expertise with one or more of the following languages Ruby on Rails, Java,. NET, C/C++, Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, Redis, Hands on experience in using AI/ML for development, Hands on experience troubleshooting/debugging complex performance issues for large scale enterprise applications, Experience designing, estimating, and implementing complex systems, prior solid experience as a full stack developer, Experience working collaboratively with a globally distributed team, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
