What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of progressive related experience, 7+ years of experience with Tableau (dashboard design, data modeling, and storytelling), 5+ years of experience SQL development and data wrangling, 2+ years of experience Workday or equivalent HCM tool reporting and data analysis, proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (data modeling, ETL processes, data structures), Demonstrated ability to tell a compelling story with data and influence stakeholders, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, Background and drug screen, Eligibility to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience with Workday, Experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms, Background in Human Resources analytics (e.g., workforce planning, attrition, talent acquisition), Experience in the Financial Services industry, Familiarity with HR data governance, compliance, and privacy standards
