Preferred, Proficient with MATLAB, Experience in complex plant shift operations, Proficient extracting data from an Oracle database, Experience with high power laser or complex optical systems, Experience with high energy density physics experiments, Experience working in a team or leading a team, Experience in a high complexity and fast paced multi shift production environment, Demonstrated communication skills, Demonstrated track record of high reliability and attention to detail
