Must Have
Diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent, Knowledge in Microsoft Office application, Willing to work on rotating Day Shift (0730 to 1930 hours)
Nice to Have
more than 2-3 years of related laboratory experience, Experience working in cGMP Manufacturing Laboratory, Experience or cross trained on other QC testing (e. g. , Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Conductivity testing, Microbiological and other chemical testing)
What You'll Do.
Perform chemical analysis
Perform microbiological testing
Perform sterilization cycle
Perform depyrogenation
Perform receiving of sample
Perform data trending
Manage inventory of consumables
Perform preventive maintenance
Initiate deviation or laboratory investigation
Support audit preparation
Revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Monitor temperature for TCO equipment
Raise workorder to engineering
Coordinate with other functions
Make decision for simple issues
Escalate issue to supervisor
Assist in review and writing of SOPs
Identifies and report any excursion
Adhere to any applicable EHS requirements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
lead the Shift team during the absence of the supervisor; coordinate with other functions on the sample priority; lifting of heavy items in a buddy system
