We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking or financial services environments, along with strong experience supporting critical production systems and enterprise applications. This role requires hands-on Java development expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure production environments. The candidate will collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, operations, and business teams to maintain and enhance mission-critical financial applications. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and support enterprise Java applications and services. Provide production support for critical business applications in financial environments. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams. Develop scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Java and related frameworks. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Monitor application performance, system stability, and operational health.
