What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or program management, with a proven track record of successful IT program delivery in a large organization., leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders., In-depth knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e. g. , SAFe, PMI, Agile, Scrum) and IT governance frameworks (e. g. , ITIL, COBIT)., Experience in change management and the ability to drive organizational transformation., analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions., Proficiency in project management software and tools (e. g. , MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)., Experience in managing Financials / Project Budgets $3-10M +, Must have Supply Chain/ Quality Programs functional business process and technology /system implementation experience.
Nice to Have
ERP, order management implementations like SAP, Sterling, Blue Yonder are a plus., Experience with Cloud technologies and enterprise data management is a plus.

Drive continuous improvement in IT program management practices
incorporating best practices and lessons learned into future planning
Manage program budget
ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial efficiency
