What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with a focus on PLM implementations, Demonstrated success managing global or multi-site PLM initiatives, Deep knowledge of PLM platforms and integrations with CAD, ERP, and MES systems, Experience with product development processes, regulatory compliance (e.g. , FDA, ISO), and engineering change management, understanding of digital thread concepts and product data governance, Delivery expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies, Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL)
What You'll Do.
Lead and oversee the implementation of PLM system
Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global PLM system
Serve as the primary point of contact for all PLM program-related activities
Deliver integrated capabilities supporting the entire product lifecycle
Develop comprehensive project plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Manage and lead multiple concurrent PLM workstreams
Collaborate with executive leadership
and regulatory stakeholders
Build and lead a high-performing project team
Provide mentorship and direction
Identify and proactively manage risks
and interdependencies
Drive resolution strategies
Ensure the PLM solution meets engineering
and business requirements
Oversee system integration with CAD
Develop and implement change management strategies
Facilitate end-user training and continuous engagement
Manage program financials
Ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources
