What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of experience in project/program management, at least 5+ years managing finance systems projects, Proven track record in Oracle Fusion, Workday (Payroll/Finance integrations), and other enterprise finance applications, understanding of finance processes (GL, payroll, AP, AR, procurement, compliance, reporting), Experience in delivering transformation programs within Corporate Applications for large multinational organizations, Excellent executive communication skills to present program objectives, risks, and decisions clearly, Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, manage stakeholders, and drive results in complex, high-pressure environments, Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets with successful track record of delivery within acceptable variance
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Dayforce Payroll implementation and support is a plus, Familiarity with finance-related SaaS/cloud applications beyond Oracle Fusion and Workday, understanding of compliance, audit, and financial control processes, Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators, Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and financial automation tools, Master's degree preferred, PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications are preferred
