Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager Reports To: Sr. IT Programs Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Irving, Phoenix, Tampa Office (Hybrid) or Remote Summary: The Senior IT Project Manager, I develop remediation and mitigation plans; escalate critical items to senior leadership with clear context and recommended actions • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs — holding third parties accountable to delivery commitments and quality standards PMO Standards program-level certification (PgMP) a strong plus • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher — practical experience applying ITSM frameworks to infrastructure delivery is preferred • Experience building or maturing PMO practices within an I however, telework or work at home, on the road, or in a satellite location for portions of the workweek may occur, depending upon project needs and requirements in coordination with your direct supervisor and/or most senior leader of your department. Occasional travel may be required.
