The Senior IT Engineer – Systems Integration is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations across the organization's diverse technology stack. This role serves as a technical bridge between internal systems, third-party platforms, and cloud services, ensuring seamless data flow, process automation, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in REST APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise system administration, with a track record of delivering robust integrations in complex, multi-system environments. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, IT, and business stakeholders to drive integration strategy and elevate the organization's technical capabilities. What You'll Do: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal platforms, SaaS applications, identity systems, HRIS, communication tools, and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions. Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for API-based connectivity, owning the integration architecture and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of all integration points. Administer and optimize core IT systems including Microsoft 365 (Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune), Okta or equivalent SSO/IdP platforms, AWS, and other enterprise applications. Build and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and enable real-time data sharing across business units.
