What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. , computer science, information security, management information systems, or accounting), 4+ years of audit, financial, internal controls, or relevant other experience, Public Accounting (preferably Big 4) experience, or IT audit experience within a corporate internal audit department, Fluent in English and Chinese – Mandarin (written and spoken), Understand IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, databases, and cybersecurity, Understand China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), China’s Cybersecurity Law (CSL) and Data Security Law (DSL), Knowledge of Multi-Level Protection Scheme (MLPS 2.0) /MLPS Auditing experience
Nice to Have
Achievement or professional certification, such as an MBA, CPA, CISA CIA, and/or CISSP (if not currently certified, candidate must commit to certification within a defined timeframe), Knowledge of industry standards and best practices, such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks, Knowledge in SAP Security, Be fluent in Japanese (written and spoken)
