The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. You will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations. As a Senior Insights Manager, you will report to the Director, Macro Consumer Insights and have responsibility for developing and executing immersions that bring Target leaders closer to guests and consumers through experiences across the US that ultimately help translate into better strategies and decisions for Target. You will be responsible for all phases of an in-market immersion including set up, logistics, content development, business and agency partner management, as well as traveling on the immersions and supporting post-debriefs.
