Must Have
5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent, Experience with design & innovation and research & development, Experience in management of engineering design projects, Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
Nice to Have
5+ years of specialty (with progressive responsibility) experience, Master's degree in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field, Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems and high-speed manufacturing, Experience with design-in-safety

Develop targeted programs to mitigate failure patterns
Improve fleet reliability
Drive program objectives
Provide end-to-end program management
Manage implementation activities
and communications for program rollout
Author whitepapers to gain initial buy-in and stakeholder
Provide structured status updates as programs complete critical
Identify key performance metrics
Build a reporting suite that enables effective program
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for
Develop an A-to-Z understanding of asset systems
Provide informed support to internal customers and cross-functional
Drive resolution of critical asset issues
Lead deep dives into supporting processes and systems
Ensure thorough root cause analysis
Ensure corrective action
Ensure measurable improvement in customer experience
Define key performance indicators
Develop metrics and service level agreements for core
Track delivery against program objectives as they relate
Define the vision for Fleet Management business
Define the roadmap for Fleet Management business
Drive program execution of Fleet Management business
Maximize uptime for non-powered assets
Reduce cost for non-powered assets
Build and scale a world-class Vendor Quality Audit
Establish a multi-tiered accountability framework
