4+ years of experience in system integration, SCADA, or industrial software development, fluency and hands-on experience in Ignition platform development, including Perspective, Demonstrated experience with onsite startup and commissioning of control systems, with significant time spent in the field, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to mentor and train other less experienced engineers, Willingness and ability to travel as necessary for project requirements

Nice to Have

Experience supporting data center, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments, Python experience, JavaScript experience, Java experience, Familiarity with back-end computing infrastructure including compute hardware, virtualization, operating systems, networking, and databases—particularly as they apply to data center environments, Experience with Docker, Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Experience with Git version control, Experience with Figma, Other SCADA platform experience: Rockwell, Wonderware, or GE, Bachelor of Science – Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering preferred or equivalent experience
