Our team builds products that customers love - from mesh routers to high-performance wired networking devices - and we're looking for you to join us in shaping the future of the connected home. eero is looking to hire a Hardware System Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead a new initiative that will augment eero’s portfolio and provide new opportunities for eero growth in new markets. The EPM will work closely with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) on product development and provide updates to eero leadership. This effort will require superior engineering and communication skills to keep the programs on track and focused on success. Key job responsibilities The Hardware System Engineering Program Manager (EPM) provides the heartbeat for hardware development at eero. They are jack-of-all-trades engineers who leverage a wide breadth of technical and manufacturing expertise to develop schedules and project milestones that properly balance technical risk and maintain team focus. The EPM owns and manages the hardware development process, from concept, right through the start of mass production. They lead the team through roadmap development, concept and architecture definition, support supplier selection, and manage day-to-day project execution. Most of all, System EPMs are resilient champions of the customer experience. Their role is highly cro
