As a Senior Manager, you will manage core HR processes—including Payroll, C&B, and Workday—while acting as a strategic bridge between leadership and execution. You will also function as a high-level problem solver, optimizing HR programs and providing data-driven insights to ensure operational efficiency and compliance across all business locations.
