Must Have
10+ years of total HR experience with a focus on HRM operations, 5+ years of experience in a people management role, leading and developing HR teams, Ability to solve complex problems through strategic thinking and cross-functional partnerships, drive to attain challenging operational targets and ensure organizational compliance, Extensive experience in managing Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR systems such as Workday
Nice to Have
General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance, legal, logistics, and tech, Experience leading large-scale HR system implementations or process optimization projects, Ability to thrive and manage HR operations within a fast-paced or start-up environment
