This role leads a team of BFHRs and collaborates closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to design and deliver integrated solutions across talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, GBS, performance development, and organizational design. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives. * Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions that enable organizational success. * Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, and complex employee relations issues. * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BFHRs to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support across functions or business units. * Partner
