Full Job Description
**Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Sr. HR Specialist to serve as the dedicated HRBP for SDC。This role will take full ownership of all HRBP activities for SDC, including talent development, employee relations, performance management, and – critically – the design and delivery of both technical and soft skills training programs. As the most senior HR Specialist on site for SDC, the role requires a proactive HR professional who can work independently, partner effectively with business leaders, and drive people initiatives that support SDC’s rapid growth and evolving capability needs. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Have an in-depth understanding of the business areas and the skills which are in demand. 2\. Support the business department's staffing, optimize the efficiency of HR processes (onboarding, transfer, promotion, offboarding, etc.) from the Engineering side. 3\. Organize internal communication and employee cohesion activities to enhance employee satisfaction and talent retention, and support business units to develop and complete relevant action plans. 4\. Analyze SDC workforce data (attrition, promotion rate, satisfaction, etc.), generate insights, and propose improvement actions, support department managers and HRM to implement talent review, calibration and people development planning. 5\. Drive the adoption of engineering culture, innovation, and collaboration across the Design centers; organize team-building activities and values communication events. 6\. Familiar with labor law and HR routine operation process, to ensure all the personnel operations are legal, manage effective employee relationship to avoid any employment risk. 7\. Collaborate with COE & HR shared services on relevant topics. 8\. Work on any temporary assignment from the Manager. **Qualifications** 1\.
