Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent experience, 1+ years of administrative experience, Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment, customer/client service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of organization, both internal and external, Anticipates problems (and escalates when appropriate), demonstrates prioritization and organization skills, catches errors, and takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time, Ability to work with highly confidential information, Ability to take initiative, and make fair and consistent decisions that align with our strategy and values, Ability to multi-task and be a flexible team player, who can easily adapt to change

Deliver consistent execution of HR processes
Ensure HR programs are delivered accurately
and with a focus on the team member experience
Provide guidance and operational support through onboarding
ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training
and day-to-day HR services
Interact regularly with site leadership
and cross-functional teams
Engage with external candidates or vendors as part of staffing
and HR process execution
