You will leverage strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to implement HR programs that align with Medtronic's strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs, fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: This position will be primarily focused on providing operational and tactical HR functions, including employee relations, policy administration, compliance, and talent management. Provide HR support at the site or regional level and serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders. Provide agile project support to adapt to changing needs. Program Deployment & Process Improvement: • Support the deployment of key Medtronic HR programs and HROM initiatives, ensuring they’re implemented effectively and efficiently. • Proactively provide input on process improvements to help drive better outcomes. Utilize strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to support people leaders in deploying HR programs. • Build authentic relationships and demonstrate functional and technical HR expertise. • Contribute to change initiatives and communicate a strong vision aligned with business strategy. • Adopt a business-first mindset, embracing Medtronic's Roadmap and HR priorities. • Provide tailored strategic advice based on a deep understanding of business needs. • Support talent plans to attract, develop, and retain talent.
