What You'll Achieve.
ensure hardware meets performance, compliance, and production requirements; support product readiness; directly influence product quality, compliance, and production release; support production sign-off and final reporting

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field, Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware validation, verification, or electronics development, Experience with validation of vehicle electronics including controllers, displays, or communication systems, Knowledge of environmental testing from both mechanical and electrical perspectives, Experience with communications technologies such as CAN, Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, VHF, Cellular or A2B, Experience with Vector tools, Experience supporting design validation activities including DFMEA and functional safety concepts, project coordination skills working with internal teams and external labs, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional development environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with validation tools and systems such as DOORS, Codebeamer or Jama

Plan and execute validation testing
Define validation strategies
Ensure hardware meets requirements
Support system-level validation
Contribute to design reviews
Provide data-driven insights
Develop and execute hardware validation plans
Analyze requirements and create test cases
Design and oversee test setup builds
Coordinate validation activities
Support regulatory compliance testing
Lead validation execution
and compile validation data
Participate in hardware and system design reviews
Contribute to validation process improvement
Resolve validation issues
Support design updates
