As a Hardware Program Manager, you'll lead innovative hardware from ideation to production, spearheading the end-to-end development of smart home devices. In this crucial role, you'll orchestrate cross-functional teams across global locations, including platform, hardware, image, motion, operations, and quality assurance experts. You'll drive hardware deliverables from concept to production, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery while navigating fast-paced product development cycles. Your responsibilities will include overseeing program status, managing critical issues, and allocating resources strategically to meet ambitious deadlines and quality standards. You should have strong engineering-oriented product development experience, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), and expertise in consumer electronics, particularly in IP camera-related products.
