What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–12+ years of experience across RevOps, GTM systems, software engineering, or technical roles in B2B SaaS, hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks, Deep experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks, technical skills (e. g. , Python, APIs, integrations, data workflows), Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven solutions in business environments, understanding of GTM processes and revenue operations, Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions, Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders, Highly autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor

We own the GTM tech stack, data architecture, and automation layer that enables scalable, efficient execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As we continue to evolve in an AI-driven landscape, we are focused on embedding intelligence directly into our workflows to drive better decisions, improve productivity, and accelerate revenue outcomes. About the Role: We're seeking a highly technical, innovative, and forward-thinking Sr. GTM AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of AI-driven capabilities across our GTM tech stack. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for embedding AI directly into revenue workflows to enable smarter decision-making, automate manual processes, and improve execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll act as both a builder and operator, translating a deep understanding of GTM workflows into practical AI systems. While we already leverage AI across our systems, this role was created to go deeper — providing dedicated focus to scale those efforts and drive adoption of the highest-impact, field-facing use cases.
