What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node. js, and Vue or React (plus HTML/CSS/UI libraries), Owned growth metrics: product activation, retention, or revenue, on a growth or PLG team at a SaaS company, Shipped experiments yourself, from hypothesis to ship/kill decision, Product mindedness: You can ship without a PM and make the right call most of the time. You can talk to users when you need the signal., Data fluency: You can query data yourself and make decisions from user behaviour and experiments, Comfort with ambiguity: You don't wait for perfect specs or designs. You move forward and iterate., Speed + ownership mindset: You move fast but responsibly, understanding that experimentation and velocity are core to unlocking growth.
