You'll be a master of static design, video design, and animations, capable of bringing your ideas to life across various platforms and formats, while simultaneously providing mentorship to junior staff to uplevel their craft in similar ways. You are on-the-pulse with the latest in art, design, AI and culture, and you think about your designs from a multitude of angles - ensuring acute understanding of how people are interacting with the creative you put out in the wordl.
