6+ years of professional experience building web applications using modern software engineering processes, Proficiency in Python and Django on the backend, Proficiency in working on the front end, ideally with Angular, Hands-on experience working within a design system or shared component library, Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as part of their daily workflow, Track record of building performant and scalable systems across both frontend and backend, Pragmatic tradeoffs, Instinct to debug complex issues wherever they live, Habit of thinking critically about your work, Asking questions to improve the product, Eagerness to jump in when things inevitably break, Drive issues to their root cause
