Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of financial planning systems, ensuring alignment with Finance planning, forecasting, and reporting needs. Integrate financial and operational data from ERP, HRIS, CRM, billing, and data warehouse systems to ensure accurate and automated data flows. Build and maintain dashboards, reporting models, and planning templates to support real-time financial and operational decision-making. Manage intake, coordination, and execution of system-related requests and cross-functional project workstreams. Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to standardize data definitions, assumptions, and reporting structures across systems. Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring between source systems, financial models, and reporting outputs. Document system workflows, integrations, and processes to support scalability, consistency, and long-term maintainability. Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes and improve efficiency through system enhancements and integrations. Support rollout and adoption of financial planning tools and dashboards across business teams, including training and enablement. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance systems, or related roles within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment. Hands-on experience with FP&A platforms such as Abacum, Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment. Strong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake). Understanding of financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and reporting. Experience working with BI or visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
