Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related field, 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role, Experience working with complex financial structures, including grants, donations, and multi-source funding in a non-profit environment, Expertise in building and maintaining financial models, performing advanced variance analysis, creating financial forecasts and budgets, experience in financial reporting, preparing board-level presentations, executive summaries, performance dashboards, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas), Familiarity with financial reporting tools and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems), knowledge of non-profit accounting standards, including GAAP for non-profits, fund accounting, and regulatory compliance, Excellent analytical skills, proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to distill complex financial data into understandable terms for non-financial stakeholders, Background check required, Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting, Health Clearance, MVR / DMV clearance, Child Development Permit, CPR / Pediatric CPR certification, Federal Debarment Checks, Credit & Bankruptcy Check

This role is critical in ensuring the financial health of the organization, providing senior leadership with actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The Senior FP&A Analyst will work closely with various departments to refine financial processes, improve budget management, and track performance against financial goals.
