Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, 4+ years employment in primary healthcare, 2+ years experience in insurance accounts receivables, 2+ years experience in cash posting, Exposure to US healthcare, Exposure to US insurance landscape, Understanding of basic accounting principles, Understanding of receivables management
Nice to Have
4+ Years experience with US healthcare, 4+ Years experience with US health insurance, Experience with Medicare preferred, SME level understanding of O2C process, Worked on Six Sigma belt project, Worked on Kaizen project, Worked on Lean projects

Post insurance payments to patient account
Apply and balance ERAs
Reconcile monies received to cash receipts
Resolve discrepancies in reconciliation
Balance payments posted to bank account
Process insurance and patient refunds
Process insurance paperwork
Manage lockbox related payment processing
Manage bank account reconciliation
Maintain service level agreements
Prioritize responsibilities
Participate in training material development
Participate in quality assurance programs
