Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field, 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or data analytics, Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools, Demonstrated leadership in analytics projects and initiatives, track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes, Experience presenting complex findings to executive audiences
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field, 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience, Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar technical skills, Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis, CFA, FRM, or other relevant senior-level certification, Banking industry expertise, particularly in your partner segment

Lead complex financial analysis projects and strategic initiatives
Develop advanced financial models and predictive analytics frameworks
Provide senior-level insights to inform executive decision-making
Mentor junior analysts and review team deliverables for quality
Design and implement process improvements for financial operations
Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and metrics
Serve as liaison between finance and other business units on data initiatives
Identify emerging trends and potential risks through advanced data analysis
Drive the adoption of new analytical methods and tools
