Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of weekly forecasting deliverables
Translate weekly data into clear
actionable insights for
Collaborate strategically with regional directors
Optimize variable labor efficiency
Enhance under-the-roof (UTF) performance metrics
Develop and implement data-driven solutions for operational challenges
Provide evidence-based recommendations
Clear communication of insights to key stakeholders
Conduct regular site visits
Gather first-hand operational insights
Develop and present strategic solutions
Build relationships with regional teams and leadership
Support continuous improvement initiatives
