What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting required, Previous experience in financial planning processes required, A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning or accounting, A minimum of 5+ years’ experience, Experience in Microsoft Office Suite products with advanced Excel skills, Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and provide leadership to team members and cross functional partners, analytical, accounting, and problem-solving skills, Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced dynamic organization with changing needs

Nice to Have

Advanced degree a plus, Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, Curious learner, self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset

What You'll Do.

Provide insightful financial analysis

Month end accrual support

report on and support the forecasting process for direct purchases

all material price variances and other purchase price variances

Utilize existing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to provide meaningful analysis around actual financial results as compared to budgets

and prior year results

Coordinate reporting and provide accurate and timely financial information for monthly reviews

quarterly projections

annual planning as well as other milestones as needed

Participate in cost reduction initiatives

including the tracking of cost reduction project results

Implement initiatives that simplify and automate processes

recommend corrective action and take action on issues
