Are you ready to get in on the ground floor of Amazon's next multi-billion-dollar business? It's Day 1 for Amazon's Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite initiative, and we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Senior Financial Analyst to work in a start-up environment who is passionate about technology, thinks and acts globally, and has the ability to create and implement solutions, processes, and controls. As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting LEO's Global Long-Range Planning (LRP) team, you will play a critical role in translating LEO's strategic investment roadmap into financial insights that guide executive decision-making. You will support the development and maintenance of LEO's consolidated 10-year global financial plan—a roadmap that consolidates inputs from 150+ country P&Ls and informs capital prioritization, global expansion strategy, and long-term partnership and deal evaluations. You will contribute to initiatives that shape LEO's competitive positioning and investment strategy: building financial models and analyses that inform long-range visibility and scenario planning; supporting the financial analysis behind entry into new businesses and market opportunities; and driving operational efficiency by partnering on the design and deployment of financial systems and controls that enable faster, data-driven decision-making across the organization. Success in this role requires you to partner with and influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. You will collaborate with all types of stakeholders—from VPs and Directors to Program/Project Managers and other Finance Managers—across multiple business units within Amazon.
