Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field, 3 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Intermediate proficiency in Power BI, Ability to communicate effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders, Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP systems, Experience with financial reporting tools, QAD experience, Experience supporting plant or operations leadership, Experience with budgeting or financial planning tools, Exposure to pricing, cost analysis, or margin management, business acumen with a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset, Comfort working in a highly visible role with frequent leadership interaction

Perform pricing and margin analysis
Prepare financial analysis and reporting

Assist with month-end close activities
Provide ad hoc financial analysis
