What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience of 2-5 years in a similar role, in an international environment ideally FMCG, Consumers’ Electronics or PC industry, Expert Excel user, Used to working in matrix/functional structure, HES or University Degree, Fluent in English, Enjoy fast-changing business context in an informal culture, Capable of bringing structure while enabling pace and controls, Self-motivated, Familiar with multicultural context, At ease in communication with management
Nice to Have
Familiar with ESS base and Oracle, Any other certification(s) and language(s) are a plus
What You'll Do.
Support the business case financials of new product launches
Provide scenario modeling to support business decisions
Be the financial gatekeeper for innovations
Provide Post-launch financial performance and tracking of KPIs
Analyze financial performance
Deliver actionable insights to drive business results
Ensure consistency of reporting
Support the long-range planning processes
Partner with Portfolio Managers to align financial targets with the BU’s strategic roadmap
Ensure transparency of assumptions & integrity of data
Undertake other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor and management
Identify and implement improvements to make financial and operational reporting better
