Must Have
Chartered Accountant, 5+ years of experience, GAAP accounting knowledge, Experience of managing an accounting team, GST and Income tax compliance experience, Experience with Netsuite, Experience with managing audits
What You'll Do.
Manage and oversee core finance operations including Accounts Receivable
Ensure timely period-end closure of books (monthly
Review MIS and financial reports for submission to the parent company
Review and monitor the internal financial controls framework
Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act
Review and oversee direct and indirect tax compliances
Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations
including reporting and documentation requirements
Manage quarterly and year-end financial close under Indian GAAP (IGAAP)
Prepare and share financial reporting packs and reconciliations
Drive process improvements by streamlining internal finance workflows
and reporting mechanisms
Support special projects
ad-hoc financial analysis
and management reporting
