What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-5 years of transferable experience, Electrical systems experience, Mechanical systems experience, Pneumatics systems experience, Hydraulics systems experience, Able to read and interpret blueprints, Able to read and interpret schematics, PLC background, Microsoft Office skills
Nice to Have
Professional course (electrical or mechanical or automation courses)
What You'll Do.
Perform daily task in accordance with safety regulations
Document daily service activities and expenses
Identify complex problems relating to customer and/or machines
Develop and evaluate options for solutions
Implement effective and strategic solutions
Read and interpret blueprints
wiring diagrams and schematics
Provide technical support and training
Monitor and manage schedule service calls
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
Replace defective parts
Make adjustments and test equipment
Coordinate pre-installation meetings with customers
Inspect sites for product compatibility
Report and follow up on potential unsafe conditions
Suggest effective solutions
Maintain effective customer relationships
Explain product failures
Explain nature of problem
Explain recommended corrective actions
Communicate essential information to stakeholders
Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers
Identify upgrade and retrofit opportunities
Notify appropriate parties for quotation proposals
Design training programs
Conduct training programs
Prepare non-conformance reports
Prepare service bulletins
Assist on appropriate inventory sourcing levels
Assist on specific parts sourcing
