Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years customer service
What You'll Do.
Respond to inquiries from field techs and customers
Obtain necessary information relating to service issues
Investigate billing problems
Collect and research documentation
Review and adjust discrepancies
Follow up with customer to review and ensure
Print and electronically save service billings
Validate data and close all service work orders
Create and monitor Van Stock and Service Maintenance
Order specialized parts and tools for service techs
Collaborate with purchasing to determine part availability
Ensure field service needs are met
Process credit memos and re-bills
Compile and distribute necessary paperwork for new hire
Compile and distribute necessary paperwork for terminations/resignations
Train employees as assigned
Maintain field service employee addresses and phone numbers
Coordinate with Human Resources
Coordinate with Field Service Techs for phone repairs
Coordinate with Field Service Techs for upgrade eligibility
Coordinate after hour on-call & cotton program
Update answering service
Close field Return Material Authorization (RMA)s
Continuously audit mature service orders
Submit requests for certificates of insurance
Set up maintenance contracts in NAV
Manually communicate with D365 to set up reoccurring
Ensure all yearly paperwork is uploaded into National
Ensure specialized entries for specific customers
Collaborate with other departments and platforms
Ensure proper communication on all machine orders
Upload machine orders into systems
Ensure updated work orders and invoices are communicated
Process reporting for KPl's
Process reporting for Warranty
Process reporting for Month End for Director
Collaborate with Customers
Vendor and Techs regarding

Manage field service award program
Facilitate the coordination of GCU Rack Kit Toolboxes
