Experience in supporting sales, commercial or finance teams is a plus, Ability to work independently and take initiative when required, Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ad hoc requests, Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus, Ability to participate in conferences or onsite customers’ visits will be appreciated
What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support to Sales Department
Assist with documentation
Prepare quotations and arrange actions for software renewal
Act as a point of contact for administrative matters
Support the preparation of presentations
Ensure smooth office operations for Sales Department
Direct communicate with existing customers and prospects
Participate in calls with customers
Participate in forecast activities
Contribute to process improvements
Organize and maintain physical and electronic file
