Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years of experience in power generation, oilfield services, data center infrastructure, or similar field-based role, Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and supporting complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems, problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in real time, Proven ability to lead in field environments and support cross-functional teams, Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with field personnel, engineers, and customers, Self-driven, organized, and capable of operating independently in remote or high-pressure environments, Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies
