What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field, 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related role in the Commercial Air Conditioning field, Experience with AHU, Experience with VRF, Experience with Commissioning service, Experience with Centrifugal chillers, Experience with GHP air conditioning systems, Experience with Networks for remote monitoring, Experience with Prototype and Custom design for energy performance and environmental impact and maintenance

Manage information flow of Commercial Air Condition (CAC) engineering for escalated service cases to proper HQ personnel to facilitate timely solutions and countermeasure to support of Commercial Air Condition partners. Responsible for managing sensitive proprietary information including software, tools and technical documentation from the factory for dissemination. Provide guidance and advice as a technical subject matter expert to ensure CAC Field Service issues are brought from inception to resolution.
