deep expertise in higher levels of driving automation, understanding of the transition from L2+ assisted driving to conditionally and highly automated (L3/L4) driving, proven track record of bringing innovative ADAS/AD software features into production, can-do attitude, approaches their work with vigor and determination, thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Nice to Have
experience with Python, familiarity with React, Knowledge of PostgreSQL required, Proficient in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Terraform, and Docker, Kubernetes a plus, Strong Java background, experience with Spring Boot, familiarity with Kafka and Redis
What You'll Do.
lead the development and delivery of next-generation L2++
and L4 Autonomous Driving features
and launch cutting-edge L2++/L3/L4 driving features
Own the end-to-end feature lifecycle from concept through production launch
Create and manage feature roadmaps for multiple vehicle program lines
Serve as the voice of the customer
Develop comprehensive feature definitions
Drive feature specifications
lead usability studies
Partner with Tier 1 suppliers and internal teams to implement innovative L2++/L3/L4 solutions
Lead competitive benchmarking
Work cross-functionally with systems engineering
and homologation teams to ensure seamless and robust feature development and delivery

This role focuses on highway and urban driving autonomy, including hands-off/eyes-off driving capabilities, supervised and unsupervised automated driving, and advanced driver monitoring integration. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in higher levels of driving automation, a strong understanding of the transition from L2+ assisted driving to conditionally and highly automated (L3/L4) driving, and a proven track record of bringing innovative ADAS/AD software features into production.
