Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, 6+ years high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing experience, 6+ years related industry experience, Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation, Experience driving continuous improvement activities, Experience implementing six sigma methodologies, Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Experience performing Correction of Errors (COE), Demonstrated ability to build and integrate data sets, Demonstrated ability to utilize data sets to develop metrics that drive decisions, Experience managing multiple programs in parallel, Experience implementing cross-functional initiatives in fast paced environments, Experience managing technology transfers within global supply chains, Technical understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and materials, Technical understanding of capacity assessments, Technical understanding of quality requirements
Nice to Have
Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners, Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field, Direct experience managing high-complexity electronics contract manufacturers, Demonstrated success in implementing advanced manufacturing processes, Demonstrated success in implementing quality systems in regulated industries, Deep expertise in space-grade electronics manufacturing, Familiarity with J-STD-001 Space Addendum, Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Space Addendum, Familiarity with AS9100 requirements, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, Demonstrated application of Six Sigma in electronics manufacturing optimization
