Must Have
At least 5 years’ work experiences in IE or related Engineering, Be good at English reading, writing, listening and, Have a good command of office software and Auto, Rich experience in lean, Responsibility, positive working Good teamwork
Nice to Have
work experience focus on assembly process of medium size product or above, such as vacuum cleaner, printer
What You'll Do.
maintain and optimize projects’ IE database of time study
line balance and H/C configuration etc
Design production line layout
ready line set-up schedule and drive team to meet
Production line capacity analysis
equipment/fixture demand and HC demand forecast
Manage machine utilization(OEE&LU)
Direct labor utilization(DL-E)
coordinate team to take actions and drive performance
NPI support for layout and material flow design
optimization. And push process improvement and station balance to meet target UPH and HC
Continue improvement driving and pushing through IE method and tools to save cost and improve
