This is why a strong grip with the service structure will come in handy especially when dealing with issues related to operating expenditures. Part of your usual concerns include the maintenance all records related to the performance of facility management operations on the site. You’ll also find yourself developing MIS reports for our management team. And when the operations manager is not present, you’ll be expected to lead the monthly progress meeting. Besides these, you will train team members on all quality policies and procedures.
