You will manage demand, supply planning and forecast data for US exports, and coordinate and execute IBP Demand Planning Cycle routines for countries requiring volumes from US. You will compile and synthesize weekly service data to be presented to leadership, ensure export operations are managed in a cost-efficient way, and support logistics in optimization and cost efficiency projects. ## What's on the menu? Demand and Supply Planning Cycle: * Oversee and validate US Exports demand planning book in O9 * Ensure affiliate demand routines are aligned with North America IBP Calander * Own forecast data validation of shipping locations and discontinued items. * Ensuring New intersection forecasts are reviewed monthly and converted to Best Fit to update consensus. Order Process * Engage with partners across the organization (supply/materials planning, deployment, warehousing, customer service) to ensure US Exports orders are delivered on time and in full. * Serve as a liaison between international importing teams and US domestic teams and act as point of contact for importing BUs for questions related to supply and demand out of the US.
